turnKey was born from the Operations team at Autism CRC, carrying forward a proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions for research and purpose‑driven organisations. What began as an internal capability supporting national research infrastructure has evolved into a Salesforce consultancy—built on deep platform expertise, real‑world delivery experience, and a commitment to doing work that matters.

Our Team

Wojciech Nadachowski is the Managing Director of turnKey, bringing over 20 years of senior executive leadership focused on using technology to solve real‑world organisational problems. He combines 15 years of deep experience in research management with 18 years delivering large‑scale Salesforce implementations across complex, highly regulated environments. Wojciech is known for his ability to translate organisational strategy and genuine user need into practical, scalable digital solutions. His work bridges governance, operations, and technology, enabling organisations to operate with greater clarity, confidence, and long‑term impact.

Kamal Hunjan is the Delivery Lead responsible for leading Salesforce consulting engagements across turnKey and broader client programs. With a background in computer science and engineering, she brings a strong systems mindset to consulting leadership—shaping solution strategy, guiding delivery teams, and working closely with clients to translate complex organisational needs into coherent Salesforce platforms. Kamal provides oversight across solution design, implementation approach, and governance, ensuring projects are well‑scoped, well‑executed, and aligned to long‑term business outcomes. She is particularly focused on designing scalable, automated Salesforce solutions that improve operational maturity and reduce organisational complexity.

Kathy Isaacs is the Innovation Lead, focused on advancing Salesforce‑based automation and AI‑enabled solutions across client organisations. With a clinical background in nursing, Kathy brings a strong human‑centred perspective to consulting—grounding innovation in real operational and service‑delivery needs. She leads the design and implementation of AgentForce solutions and Salesforce Flow‑driven automation to streamline complex workflows, improve data quality, and reduce manual effort across organisations.

Kathy has a deep understanding of the not‑for‑profit sector, informed by extensive experience serving on boards of autistic‑focused organisations. This combination of sector insight, frontline experience, and technical capability enables her to shape practical, ethical, and fit‑for‑purpose Salesforce solutions that support sustainable change and measurable outcomes.

James McKay is the Technology Lead, responsible for the technical direction and development of Salesforce‑based solutions across turnKey and broader consulting engagements. As an experienced Salesforce developer with strong front‑end development skills, James bridges platform engineering, user experience, and data‑heavy application design. He has been a core contributor to the turnKey platform, designing and building a critical suite of financial management components—including Grids, Expanding Grids, Matrix Grids, and Vertical Views—which significantly enhance how organisations manage, analyse, and visualise complex financial data. James brings a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach to technology leadership, ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and intuitive for end users.

Viviane Buzzi is the Product Specialist – Finance and Analytics, specialising in financial capability, reporting, and data insight across turnKey and Salesforce‑based solutions. She brings a strong background in management consulting, CRM optimisation, financial management, and data analysis to product design and implementation. Since 2019, Viviane has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing turnKey’s financial capabilities, leading the redesign of financial reporting to deliver clear, on‑demand insights for executives and operational teams. Her work focuses on improving data reliability, streamlining financial processes, and enabling organisations to interact with financial information in more accessible and meaningful ways.
